Operating as part of Ogier Fiduciary Services (OFS), the incumbent will have day to day responsibility for providing support to the Senior Manager, Business Development and Marketing in support of the Private Equity Funds and Real Estate service lines plus the Luxembourg office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the global service line business development and marketing plan and budget for Closed Ended Funds, Real Estate and Luxembourg Office.
  • Attend relevant service line Go-To-Market (GTMT) meetings and ensure follow though and completion of agreed actions and initiatives
  • Ensure nominated global service line teams have an up to date new business pipeline tracker which is routinely reviewed and updated, with prospects that have been converted being added to the monthly New Business report
  • Support the implementation of the agreed cross selling opportunities
  • Assist nominated service line teams in terms of pitch and proposal preparation, tracking and review of pitches won and lost plus launching of new products and services
  • Assist in the organisation of industry conferences, events and corporate hospitality, attending and providing logistical support as required
  • Support the production of service line collateral requirements and pitch documents liaising with the OFS Marketing Communications team
  • Assist in development of award submissions as required for service lines
  • Identify public relations opportunities for service lines, liaising with OFS Marketing Communications and public relations agencies for placement
  • Act as an Interaction super user for service line teams
  • Manage the business development outputs of the EA community of nominated service lines
  • Assist in the preparation of OFS board reports for the nominated service lines
  • Track business development budgets for service lines
  • Oversee service line client Concept communications

Skills and Experience  

  • Experience within a professional services environment preferred
  • Strong communication skills both written and spoken
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and use own initiative
  • Proven excellent organisational skills
  • Marketing or business related qualification preferred
  • Demonstrated strong IT skills, specifically in the Microsoft 2010 suite, any DMS and CRM databases
